Yvette Kennedy is a a seasoned business executive with extensive expertise in driving transformative human capital and people practices. With over 25 years of experience, she's worked in large consulting firms and served in leadership roles in smaller private and Fortune 500 companies.

 

Yvette has a broad range of expertise, ranging from encompassing business transformation consulting, change management, talent strategy development, to the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives within the global landscape of technology and financial services sectors.

Her interactions with organizational leaders start with understanding the strategic business and growth goals in order to discover talent opportunities.  This enables her to design impactful programs that elevate employee engagement, bolster productivity, and enhance overall business outcomes.

Equipped with a solid foundation in data analytics, research methodologies, and effective strategies, Yvette work with clients to shape and improving workplace culture and engagement.

The Kellogg Center for Executive Women and The Allstate Foundation developed the Women’s Senior Leadership Program to help talented women executives break through barriers that have historically impeded women’s career development, as well as to empower those who participate to become respected and highly effective leaders.
