Worked with Csuite leader to conducted an org assessment and design with a large private company to assess organizational priorities and skills in the IT organization.  Developed a skills assessment and talent profiles for all leaders which resulted in an updated organization, new ways of working, and succession planning providing the CIO a refreshed lens to develop his talent as the business grows. 

Designed and implemented the first employee satisfaction survey for a publicly traded fin tech company.  Designed content, communications and conducted a vendor assessment.  The goal of the project was to identify key questions to assess brand, culture and employee value proposition.  Leveraged results to create a global management training program to achieve greater collaboration and business results.

Several project around talent and L&D data.  Worked with HR and L&D leaders to identify metrics from across the organization to understand how employees are engaging with learning and how learning is impacted productivity. Engaged with leaders across the organization to bring data elements into a dashboard to illustrate the story and engage leaders on priority areas. Project resulted in the creation of a dashboard with key learning metrics required to support executive decision making to prepare their highly skilled workforce.
